Thursday was pretty much exercise free as Tammie was putting her car in for a service so I followed her to Fyshwick and she dropped me off at work...

I didn't BRun at lunch, deciding to have a really easy week...

Tammie picked me up just after 6pm and then back to Fyshwick we went...

I had a quick dinner before heading back to the track for the last Adler of the season...

had almost my standard Friday...walked the boys, drove to the yacht club, walked to work, collected FkF results/$, walked back to car after work but only from Albert Hall as I caught the bus, shopping...

today I was surprised to see it had rained but it was fine for parkrun...
